Always wanted to know the key techniques to the fight scenes in all those action films? Well now is the opportunity for you and your pals to find out how and try it out for yourselves!

This is a 3 hour workshop where you will be exposed to all the dynamic 'insider secrets' used by top stuntmen who have worked on movies such as Rocky and Die Another Day, including the famous 'knock-em down drag-em out' fight scene.

You will learn how to throw kicks and punches within inches of your training partner...but without making any contact, how to construct a fight scene and how to fall and walk away with a smile on your face!

The highlight of the workshop gives each of you the opportunity to be filmed performing your newly learnt 'choreographed' fight scene, creating a work of art that you can relive over-and-over again!
