Birthday Weekends

Release are Proud to launch it's Birthday Weekends, we have tried to continue the fun that Release brings to our Stag and Hen weekends but worked on the idea that our new groups may be mixed sex parties. Have fun looking through and we hope that you enjoy them as much as we do.

New Release Travel Website

Release are proud to announce the launch of their new website, you're looking at it! We felt the need to refresh Release Travel and keep it current and moving with the times. As well as the internet, our market industry doesn't stay still for 5 minutes these days and a re-jig of the website seemed well overdue. Release Travel & Late Rooms

With the speed at which our system and company is growing it was the right time to join hands with top accommodation provider www.laterooms.com. They are now onboard for our sales team to place bookings of any size at a few clicks of the mouse to ensure we can provide exactly what our customers require. Late Rooms provide live availability on bed spaces on a multitude of destinations throughout the world from London to Las Vegas, Barcelona to Benidorm and Dublin to Dubai. Here at Release, we are all keen and set to embrace a future with them. Welcome onboard Late Rooms!

Cardiff Trip

16/10/09

After almost a full (and very necessary) 11 months recovery from the Amsterdam trip in 2008, Release decided to leave the passports at home, even though visiting a different country, and explored the sights and sounds of Cardiff in Wales. Again, every department was represented in the land of the valleys and quad biking was top of the agenda for the Saturday's activity. Taken out onto a great adventure track, the afternoon was an adrenaline fuelled, mud-splattered, petrol guzzling laugh. The evening's events weren't much different apart from there being less mud involved.

New Systems For Itineraries

With our move last year on to the online system, we have finally developed the online itinerary for our customers to use and interact with. Fully unique to each customer and personalised with usernames and passwords, it is ready to unleash on our eager customers looking to get away from this weekend onwards. No need to send bits of paper through the snail mail with complicated photocopied maps and directions, everything is now online and available at the click of a button. It has also been designed with today mobile phone technology in mind and downloadable to handsets. Onwards and upwards!

Amsterdam Trip

20/11/08

Release turned the tables on its staff and sent everyone on a trip to one of our long standing and ever popular destination, Amsterdam in Holland. Although many of us had been before, we wanted the company as a whole to experience it together which also helped with team bonding within Release. An early start was required in order to make the flights from Heathrow and every department was represented from Accounts to Marketing to Admin to Director level. It certainly was an eye opener with a 17-seater beer bike trip on a cold November afternoon (the sun did come out though!). If you fancy Amsterdam as your choice of destination, we can certainly give it a 'tried and tested' thumbs up.

New online sales/admin system

After months of design, and many a trip to Starbucks, the new bespoke online sales/admin system has been launched and all at Release Travel are excited at how the company is moving forward with it's blue chip thinking. It has made life at Release paperless and provided a complete secure online group travel solution. We are now in a position to deal even more effectively with our customers and suppliers on a daily basis with the backing of a robust mirrored dedicated server.

Moved to New Offices

18/03/07

Release had long outgrown its old first floor offices that more represented someone's living room than a working environment! So it was on the Sabbath that we all came in our jeans and moved a mere 100 yards across the road to more suitable offices. The move went quite smoothly considering the giant board room table that nearly fell down the stairs, it wasn't going to take any prisoners. Work on the Monday was full of aches and pains but business continued as normal.
