How to Book

With Release Travel, booking your stag or hen celebration couldn't be more straightforward.

Once you have a destination or activity in mind, simply call one of our helpful weekend coordinators on: 0871 2233331

Alternatively, complete an enquiry form to receive a quick call-back from a member of our outbound team.

Our office hours are as below, you will receive a call back between these hours so please supply us with an appropriate telephone number to contact you on.

09:00am - 6:30pm (Monday to Fridays)
09:00am - 2:00pm (Saturdays)

When booking your weekend, please make sure you have to hand as much of the following information as possible:

Estimated Invitation List
It's never easy to know the total group size for your weekend party - especially when you're planning well in advance! That's why, at Release Travel, we ask our groups to give us an estimated invitation list when booking. Closer to the actual travel date, we then ask for a confirmed group size.*

Contact details
We'll need the full private postal address (including postcodes) of the lead name for your party, at least one contact telephone number and an email address if available.

Special requirements
Please tell us if anyone in your party has a special diet or medical requirements, or is pregnant.

Birthdays, Anniversaries, Reunions
At Release Travel, we organise all kinds of celebrations other than stag and hen, so please inform us if your group is celebrating something different and we will endeavour to build your weekend, day or evening around your requirements.

About your deposit
Once you're happy with your package, we'll give you a booking reference number. We then ask you to pay a deposit of £50 for the entire group to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final balance.

After you Book
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be sent a group booking form asking you to detail the names of the people who are expected to be travelling at this time.

*Number dependant suppliers may cause price per person to vary slightly from the original quoted price. A supplement may need to be paid by the group to cover group size changes.

Additional payments (after deposit):

• Payment of 25% of the 'per person' price must be paid by each individual travelling in the group within 5 weeks from the date of booking. This sum may be settled through one transaction or split among each individual.

• Full payment of outstanding balance must be received 6 weeks before the date of travel or earlier. This sum may also be settled through one transaction or split among each individual.
