If excitement is what you are looking for on the hen party or stag weekend then look no further! One minute you will find yourself at sea level at the bottom of a cliff, scrambling over rocks and wading through water, then before you know it you will be climbing up the cliffs again. Once it gets too steep you'll find yourself jumping off and swimming to the next easy climb.

On all your trips you will be accompanied by qualified instructors, as safety is paramount as with all demanding day time activities. You will also be given the appropriate kit including helmets, wetsuits, harnesses and any other safety equipment required.
