Abseiling is not for the faint hearted, but if you dare to give this a go, it will give you a real taste of adventure. Perfect for both hen parties and stag weekends.

Expert tuition is on hand for all you novices, to teach you all the techniques needed to both climb and abseil, whether it's the side of a rock face or some other obstacle. One thing is for sure it's hard work going up but you will get a real rush of adrenalin when abseiling down.

Provisions are made for all levels; you don't have to start at ninety feet for your first attempt you can start from as low as six feet, great fun for the entire stag or hen group.
